This index includes both former and current placenames of every town and/or village in the entire county as well as smaller places such as pusztas, csordas, and tanyas associated with the towns. By clicking on the link you will be taken to the Megye / County INDEX (below) where you can see all the nearby towns and villages in each district/járás. From there you can go to large MAPS of the district/járás or to the DIRECTORY.

Here, you will find former and current names, current country locations with current names, population and ethnicity statistics, as well as information regarding what, if any churches were located in the town, and where various denominations attended services (locations for birth, marriage, and death records).
